Re: JVC service or questions

JVC GR-DVP 3U. I'm getting constant clean head message on my camera. I bought a disk that cleans the heads, with no result. Is there a service center in the miami area where i can take it? or a product i can buy to fix it?

  Having the same problem, no amount of head cleaning will correct this!! Picture has 4 bands of garbled information across it, it is driving me mad!! Any help gretefully received!!
