Re: JVC service or questions

i am trying to play the videos i took on my computer using my jvc gr-dvx 707ek, but i am unable to do so. I am using the usb cable provided with the camcorder but the computer cant detect the camcorder even after i have re-installed the driver. What shall i do now?

  Use firewire, forget usb it's nothing but trouble.
