Re: JVC service or questions

Hi,
I have a JVC camcorder which i bought 2 yrs back.
Since a long time it is giving me some problems.
It is a progressive scan mini DV camcorder.
But every now and then a message comes on its LCD to remove and reattach battery, unit in safeguard mode.
This is happening very frequently for quite some time now making it very difficult to shoot or play cassettes, also sometimes the message comes as head cleaning required, i have to restart it and try again. Once out of 10 times it works.
How to solve this problem ?
