Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC DV cam GR-D90U and it won't let me put a new tape in or eject a tape. It says "E04 Eject and reinsert tape" "unit in safeguard mode

  I have a GR-d90U with the same problem.
  It says E04 Eject and reinsert tape unit in safeguard mode.
  I eject and reinsert tape, and the same thing over and over.
  I only use JVC tapes (since they happen to be cheap at future shop) and this problem is so bad it takes 20 tries sometimes to get the camera working.
