Re: JVC service or questions

I have a new 36" JVC TV, and I have white horizontal lines that move up my screen. It only happens when I am using the cable. One of the lines is very thin, the other thick and it destorts the picture. How can I fix this? Also, in the lower corner I have a green spot that is very visable when the picture is in lighter color. Please help!
