All the way PD170. Strong "horseworking" camera with better picture, it beats DVX100 almost in every aspect. You can make your tones "cinematik" while you edit. And do you REALLY need 24p? Even if you know that you can shout it only when you have a lot of light? And your optical stabilisation is not so effective? Well I checked both of them and I will go for PD170. It brings REAL rich image, it is perfect in low light it work very good in "auto" and it made for many years work.
