Re: JVC service or questions

Hi,
I have a JVC camcorder GR-DVX 10 which i bought 2 yrs back.
Since a long time it is giving me some problems similar to those found in other reported question.
Tipical error message comes on its LCD is remove and reattach battery, unit in safeguard mode, E04, head cleaning required, etc., then i have to restart it and try again. Once out of 10 times it works.
How to solve this problem? JVC assistance
solve the problems but after some times it appeart again
