I purcahsed a new 27" flat screen TV in June at BJ's Wholesale warehouse.
The remote no longer works RM-C203G
I put in a new battery but it still will not work.
What do I do?
How do I get a replacement under warranty?

  We have purchased a JVC TV, AV-27WF36. I would like to use my RCA remote for all of our devices instead of the JVC remote, #RM-C203G. Is there a specific code to use for a RCA remote to control a JVC TV? -Bill Burton 704-782-3767
