Sounds like a capactor is bad in the vertical output circuit

  Is the compactor the same as the filter caps on the Vert Output? If so, where is this part located, inside the TV, and where can this part be purchased?

  I I have a GR-DCV210U Camcorder and I hooked it up to the tv all of a sudden lines went through and then when I turned it back on nothing a blank blue screen on the camcorder and television I can see what I would be taping on the screen but I don't know if it is actually taping because when I go to play it back it shows nothing. Help me please.
