Home | Previous messageI have the GR-D72 Digital Camcorder and have suddenly developed the E01 "unit in safeguard mode" "remove and reattach battery" error message. What can I do to remedy the situation? I live in Canada, does the warranty still apply? Thanks.

It has to do with the cassette loading mechanism being out of synchronisation. It looks like you will have to contact your JVC service centre. Look at the JVC.com pages. It is up to them if the warranty applies, but it should. |
