My JVC AV-N29220 screen is just a horizontal line about 1 inch thick Sometimes it is fine for hours, other times it is fine for only moments. The TV keeps playing and I can change between channels but the horizontal line remains, but if I tray to turn it off, the TV turns on immediately, so I can’t shut it off the only way is unplugged it.
