Model: TV-20F242. Serial: 1550. No on-screen display at all. Remote functions such as volume control and channel selection work, but do not display on screen.Menu can not be seen on screen and VCR can not be programmed because of lack of on-screen display. Picture and sound are good and work on all channels though new channels can not be added because of no on-screen display. TV is on cable. I have unplugged the unit and left it unplugged for an hour before plugging power cord in again. But this does not help.

JVC Digital Video Camera - GR-D260EK Can you please show me how I can transfer the recording from the mini tape to the memory card step by step so I can put it on my computer and make a dvd. I have tried installing the cd and following the instructions but nothing seems to work. Thanks

I have a jvc gr-d250u and it was working fine then all of the sudden I went to play back a tape (tried several) and it would act like there was nothing on the tape, although I know there is, I finally got it to playback somehow and now it is showing bars across the display not only on the camera, but when connecting it to my computer to transfer. I am wondering if it for some reason is not reading the tape properly, is there some type of head cleaner for these or am I just out of luck? Thanks

I have a DVD Video Recorder & VHS Recorder model number DR-MV1S that always semmed to run hot, but worked perfectly in play and recording modes. About three months ago it started turning off by itself after 2 or 3 days on stand-by mode or about 2 to 3 hours of play or record modes. A blinking "loading" message was displayed but it would never turned on unless it was turned off manually and turned on again after a few hours. After about 15 minutes of "loading" mode it turns on, operates perfectly and goes back to turning itself off. I'll apreciate any help on determining the cause and posible repair options Thankyou.

We own a JVC Model Gr-D70U that displays a condensation error message. From various sites on the internet, it appears this is a common problem. Several appear to have corrected the problem by disconnecting the cable sensor. Please provide a camera schematic indicating the location of the sensor so we can repair the camera.
