I have the same problem for my JVC TV too. The Timer LED keeps blinking.

May I know if you have solve it ?

I called the local rep and they will charge me SG$80 to repair it.

  On Timer blinking light will not go off. Seems like a common problem.

  the tv is jvc AV-..... the powre light LED turns on and the timer light LED blinks . the tv is dead.it did not start.
