I recently received the error code E06 about the unit being in safeguard mode. I have done what the camcorder asked and it still has not fixed the problem. I even tried to remove the battery and connect it through the electrical outlet. Is there anything I can do so as not to take it into get serviced. I bought the camcorder only last year. It is a Compact VHS Camcorder. I appreciate any help you can give me.
