Can you help me please?? I have a JVC VHS-C model # GR-AXM700u I am trying to download pictures to my imac thru a keyspan USB /serial adapter ( 9 minipin)/ I get the error : SERIAL DMA is old to use. USE DMA 2.02 or newer...is this the picture navigator? I only have V1 but they don't seem to have a newer version for mac.
