Re: JVC service or questions

Greetings, Stacy. I was browsing the net looking for some answers (maybe) about recent cable/JVC reception probs, and thought I'd write. Bascically, our JVC TV works, then doesnt. We get only a blue screen. Then, it clicks in, then it clicks out to blue again, and we get nothing. We contacted the cable guys, and no probs in the area. THe TV is MODEL # AV-27D304, SERIAL # 088364945. We have tried everything, including suspecting the remote, of all things. *s BUt, we only get a partial response. We bought the unit in spring of 2003, and the model was manufactured in March, 2003...so, we got it hot off the press. We have disconnected the VCR and put a direct cable line into it, and still have probs. We just get a blue screen and no reception...then, as mentioned, it cliks in and all seems OK. Just wondering if you might have some response . Thanks so much for your time and patience.
