Hi Stacy, I have a JVC GR-DX67 camcorder which takes Mini DV cassettes. We've had a it a few years now but, all of a sudde, whenever we go to playback or record, the E03 error message shows up saying Eject and Reinsert Cassette. It then goes into safeguard mode. I've now tried several different tapes and it does the same with all of them. Any ideas? Zoe

Hi I have a JVC GR-D30U camcorder . It now comes on in safeguard mode. Can't play or eject tapes. It says to take out the battery or ac plug. this doesn't work. How can get this out of safeguard mode?

My jvc gr-d73 wont eject de the tape.On screen appears : "E03 unit in safeguard" but i cant take the tape out it only push it up but after this it doesnt pushit sideway .It stay that way about 30s and then the tape goes back in. I wait 4 your advice.10x
