My GR-DVL520U is telling me to clean the head, I already clean usin a tape TDK MiniDV Head Cleaner, I ran it lot of time but is still dirty, then I use alcohol with cotton and is still dirty.

What can I do?

    NEVER use "cotton" on video...or audio heads, for that matter. Use chamois tipped sticks! Try canned air.
