Stacy, I have a Fisher 24 disk CD changer (DCS-M480) and when I enter the service mode, I get two errors:0A04, 0A08, (which flashes after two or three loading attempts) 0F0E, and 0F0D (which flashes after two or three loading attempts). The carousel turns, the disk loads, but the player seems to not realize that the disk is loaded, so it doesn't close and play the disk. Instead it runs the disk in and out a few times and stops. Also, I can't get the carousel to play/stop at any other disk slot other that the one it tried first. This is an intermittent problem that came on suddenly; occasionally (rarely) the player actually plays. The service manual doesn't define this error. Do you have any idea of what the problem could be?
