Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC camcorder model GR-AXM151U and when I try to record,it tells me that the lens cap is on, even after I have removed it. What should I do?

  I have the same problem with my GRD-70. I've sent an e-mail to jvc but no response. There are a lot of pepople having this problem. I will never buy a jvc product ...

  I have the exact same problem with my jvc. Did you resolve your problem?
