Assistance with JVC product

    I have a JVC Digital camcorder GR-D375U. Recently I unplugged the AC Cord adapter from the camera after I noticed that the power light indicator signaled that the battery had been recharged, only to discover that the camera had no power when I turned the camera on. I felt the battery may not be re-charged, so I tried to use the camera with the AC adapter plugged in and the camera will not operate. It is getting no power at all. What is wrong with my camera?

    I have a JVC camcoder model # GR-AXM17U. Ihave only had it for 2yrs. It seems like something is wrong with the microphone. I can play a tape that has been recorded before and the sound playback is good, however, if I can not record sound now. I don't know what else could be wrong. Is there anything I can do myself or how much would it cost to get it repaired? There are no repair shops at all anywhere near my city, at least not that I have found Yet. Please help me I have no video with sound of my baby girls. Thank you...Sara Augusta, Ga

    JVC CAMCORDER GR-DVL320U CANNOT GET TAPE TO LOAD, OR EJECT NOW. ATE A TAPE. WHAT IS GOING ON AND HOW CAN I FIX IT? NEED CAMCORDER DESPERATELY FOR NEW BABY. THINK I NEED TO GO AND BUY A NEW ONE. IS THERE HOPE? GETTING ERROR MESSAGE IN SAGEGUARD MODE, TRY TO EJECT AND REINSERT AND NOW WON'T EVEN OPEN TO EJECT! THANKS WENDI

    I have the alarm of "Unit in safeguard mode" and appear the message of "Remove and reattach battery". I did that but the problem persist. I charge the battery for a week and have again the same message.

    JVC AV-27D303 Yesterday my daughter said the screen went weird - distorted picture that went kind of red then kind of green. then it turned itself off. We could not get it to go back on. Today I flipped the fuse switch for the plug it is in off then on again. This turned on the little red light indicating the TV is on, but the screen is black with nothing happening. None of the remotes can do anything with it and the on/off button on the front of the TV does nothing. Can you help us?

    Hi I have got a GR-DX27EK camcoder which doesnt seem to be connecting on my computer via usb drive. I am unable to find the cd or the driver online? can you please advise me where i can download the driver from or how to resolve this problem. Many Thanks Mohsin

    My JVC video cam GR70E can not be used because of the well known "condensation please wait" error. I have sent it to the JVC repair center three (!) times. Two times it came back at no cost (warrenty) but the probleme wasn't solved. The third time I had to pay but the problem still wasn't solved. It reappeared just after half an hour of operation. The problem first started when the cam was about one year old. Now the error is permanent and I can't use the cam any more. There are many customers complaining about this problem. Please help.     greetings to you Ihave this camera JVC GR-D72U and it was working just fine. recently and sometimes not all the time. I the lcd screen and the view finder get really fuzzy and you could almost see the vertical lines from the top down and with colors. I shut it down for a while and then it works fine and again after a few minutes, the problem appear again? any ideas. please let me know Wally
