Re: Error Codes Assistance

Hi There! Got an error code on an Sony UVW-1800 machine displaying Error 94-0000. I looked on the manual and someone has wisely decided to remove the entire section with the error codes. To top it all off, I hurt my back on the ice today and can't lift heavy equipment. Any idea what this code indicates? Thank you! -Alex

  Error 94-000 Betacam UVW-1800/1800P
  
  
  This error is caused by a macrovision signal on your source tape or DVD. It is a protection encoded in the top of the image of the movie. The Betacam recorder detect this and stop to record.
