Re: Error Codes Assistance

I am getting c:31:23 with a little eject sign. On a Sony dcr-trv 120 camera. any sugestions besides powering off and change the battery?

  yes. i had it a few times. its to do with moisture, thats what sony told me. i had it a lot toward the end of the cameras days, i sent it off and they told me that they cleaned it up, it worked ok after that.

  Saw your listing about the error code C:31:23 Did you ever solve the problem and if so how? Sony just gives me the standard eject tape, remove battery, or send it in and they can fix for $269. For that I can get something else. Your help would be appreciated.
