Assistance for Error Codes

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  I have a Sony Cypershot DSC-P52 and in camera mode it buzzes and gives error code E:61:00. What does this mean?

    I am having the same problem, bought a cam off ebay and the zoom clicks and I have the E:61:00 on the screen with a beeping..

  Hi Stacy,
  Hope you can help with my problem.I have a Panasonic NV-DS60B camcorder.At the moment,all the function buttons are locked,i.e.I cannot play or record,and the power-on lamp blinks twice,pauses,blinks twice again,and so on.I cannot find any reference to this problem in the manual.I would be very grateful if you could shed some light on this,as my attempts to resolve it have come to nothing.Thanking you in anticipation.

  I have an optimus car cd changer (an older model) and the other day the remote displayed the error code 01 and has not played since. The player will not eject the cd's either. I am unsure what could have caused this however any help would be apreciated.

    I´ve just found the solution for the same problem: wetn to the hardware store and boght a 3mm screwdriver with panaflex cover, some linoleum paste. The error comes by because an internal misconfiguration due to a wrong manipulation of the servo in the chip r-3445tt, same internal failure on the newest models. Simply unbolt the screw h12 (see user´s manual) until it snaps, your cd player is reborn!!! Enjoy

  I have a sony car cd player, and when I insert the cd I get the error message E-08. I just resently istalled this, but it is an older unit.

  I am getting c:31:23 with a little eject sign. On a Sony dcr-trv 120 camera. any sugestions besides powering off and change the battery?

    yes. i had it a few times. its to do with moisture, thats what sony told me. i had it a lot toward the end of the cameras days, i sent it off and they told me that they cleaned it up, it worked ok after that.

    Saw your listing about the error code C:31:23 Did you ever solve the problem and if so how? Sony just gives me the standard eject tape, remove battery, or send it in and they can fix for $269. For that I can get something else. Your help would be appreciated.

  Dear Sir,
  I have a problem with my copier Ricoh FT 4615; when I switch on this copier an error "E11" appears on the screen. I don't know exactly the meaning of this, so all is hung.
  Could someone help me!

    the scanner got too hot and the thermal fuse has blown. old prob. on those older machienes

    E11- Mean your optics section has a problem... symyoms; 1) defeective fuse in exposure lamp 2) defective exposure lamp action; 1) remove the platen- glass where the light is scan when you are copying 2) check tne fuse -use electronic tester if fuse is good check he exposure lamp

  i have a sony bvw-70 deck. i'm trying to play a large cassette, but everytime i insert the tape it gives an error code of "21." any ideas?

  My friend has a sony car radio with a 10 disc changer model XR-7041, it comes up with error code E-99 and will not allow him to use the radio. Can you help please.
