Re: JVC service or questions

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a JVC digital Still camera GC QD 5. Once when I lost its CD I had to down load the driver from the net. It brought a lot of viruses with it to the extent that either the camera programme has corrupted. The problem is that when we take pictures around 20% of them gets corrupted every time . I formatted it also many times but to no use. I am in India. How can you help me.
