Re: Error Codes Assistance

Dear Sir,
I have a problem with my copier Ricoh FT 4615; when I switch on this copier an error "E11" appears on the screen. I don't know exactly the meaning of this, so all is hung.
Could someone help me!

  the scanner got too hot and the thermal fuse has blown.

  E11- Mean your optics section has a problem...
  symyoms;
  1) defeective fuse in exposure lamp
  2) defective exposure lamp
  action;
  1) remove the platen- glass where the light is scan when you are copying
  2) check tne fuse -use electronic tester
  if fuse is good check he exposure lamp
