Re: JVC service or questions

The model is JVS GR-SXM330
When I try to play the tape in the camcorder it says
EO3
Unit in safeguard mode
then it says,
Remove and reatacth battery.
Then when I take off the battery and put it back on i does the same exact thing over again.
Then when I go to take the tape out of the camcorder, Some tape had came out of the tape.
PLease Help Me!
