Re: JVC service or questions

Hi, I have a JVC GR-D50AG Mini-DV Camcorder that has a "lens cap" error, even when lens cap is off? Nothing viewable through the lens or on the LCD screen. Sometimes it worked well after just swith on and leave it 'warm-up' for 15~20mins. Everything else works as it should.
The warranty was over only 1 month ago, it's not worth to send for repair.
BTW I live in Singapore.
Any help would be appreciated!
