I have a brand new DR-MV1S (purchased 3 months ago) that gives a disc error message on the DVD discs that I was able to watch previously. I tried disconnecting the unit for over an hour as a customer service rep suggested. It worked for DVD-RW disc, but not for DVD-RAM. A few minutes after this re-boosting, it stared giving me a disc error message again for all DVD disc type. Any suggestions? |
