Home | Previous messageI have a JVC GR-D30 model. I could not get picture in any operation mode. I can replay back and record but only record sound no picture is taken. When I turn the camera on I get the "lens cap" message. After a while a low contrast warning message appears and stays on. I reset the camera and still does it. A friend of mine use a USB cable to donwload some image to his ilife in his powerbook. I was not present therefore I could not tell what he did. Can you please help?

Did you ever get your issue resolved? I'm having the same problem and the camera was used vary little. Thanks for any help you can give. I am having exactly the same problem and my GR-D30 has been used very little and onky by me. I think I have recorded only 4 hours in 1-1/2 year. |
