I have a Sony Hi8 Video cam corder and I am unable to use it because I keep getting an error message as follows C:32:30

Do you know what is wrong with it as I have been told it will cost me £130
to get it fixed

  Try removing the battery, then reconnecting it and go from there. I have the same problem and this seems to get around it temporarily. Sony appear useless for any info on it, even though it seems fairly common.
