Re: Error Codes Assistance

Serdar - 30th Mar 2005 5:25

Hi Stacy,

Thanks for your help in advance. I have a SONY video recorder CCD-TRV67 and I'm getting C:32:20 error message as soon as I turn it on. Do you have any idea what this error number means?

thanks again
Serdar

Unfortunatley no. I called the Sony service here in Sacramento and they want $40 to just look at it. I said forget it. I would probobly pay close to $100 to fix it so it just seats in my office. I guess I'll buy a new one soon. Please let me know if you find anything about it. Thanks...

I just had the same error with my TRV67.
Didn't want to pay for service on a four year old camcorder.
I was searching the web and found another site

many people have had this problem and wacking it might work.

And to my suprise, after I wacked it a few times it
opened my cassette door and I was able to get the tape out.
It must be sand from the beach that causes the c:32 error.
Try giving it a few good wacks and protect it well at the beach!
