Re: Error Codes Assistance

Was getting an E-04 error on our GR-DVL505u. Camera is used very little, never been dropped etc. Only about 10 hours recording time total on 5 yr old camera. I bought a new Panasonic tape yesterday (was using Sony, couldn't find JVC tapes) and so far no E-04 errors, NOW I have a "clean head error"! I can't find a JVC head cleaner anywhere in town. I'm just waiting for the E-03 error to pop back up again........I am so totally frustrated with this, especially since the camera is used so little! I'm also curious as to whether "Stacy" is answering any of this complaints??
