Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  I have a Sony TRV-740 and the tape is stuck. for the first second when I turn it on it has error E:32:11 then it changes to error C:32:11.
  any help? I called sony and they told me it would cost $300 in repairs.

    Power the camera down, remove the AC adaptor and the battery. Then give it a firm smack on the side of it the same way you would hit the side of a malfunctioning TV. Power it back up and everything should work fine. I had this same problem and after doing some searching around, this seemed to be the best bit of advice short of sending it in for service. 2 or 3 good whacks and it worked!

  I have a sony cybershot DSC-P71 and it keeps flashing this error E:61:00 on the display screen does anyone know how to fix this. much apprecited

  Hi
  I have a 99 Mitsubishi Ecpise RS. Recently my car CD player started giving the error E01 every time I insert a CD and ejects the CD automatically. I tried getting the model no. of the cd player but couldn't find it.
  Mayb u can help me in this regard.

  Was getting an E-04 error on our GR-DVL505u. Camera is used very little, never been dropped etc. Only about 10 hours recording time total on 5 yr old camera. I bought a new Panasonic tape yesterday (was using Sony, couldn't find JVC tapes) and so far no E-04 errors, NOW I have a "clean head error"! I can't find a JVC head cleaner anywhere in town. I'm just waiting for the E-03 error to pop back up again........I am so totally frustrated with this, especially since the camera is used so little! I'm also curious as to whether "Stacy" is answering any of this complaints??

  Hi i have a sony cd player (model RM-X95)in my vehicle and one day my car had a flat battery and after changing a new battery it required me to put in the codes. would you know the codes??? Thanks

  I have a 1993 Lincoln Town Car with a 10 disk CD changer in the trunk.
  Once in a great while it will play, but most of the time it reads ERROR.
  I had taken it to Lincoln, they cheked out the CD and cleaned it.
  They also checked out the switches on the dash board. Now they want to check for a short in the wiring. Any suggestions?
  It played about three times in the last six months. When it plays it sounds great.
