Hi there have a JVC GR-D90U. the tape transport mechinism has been a little twitchy but with CARE it has always been fine. Suddenly I get a "CHECK TAPES ERACE TAB " Error message and of course the erase tab is in the correct position and I get the same message with any of three or four tapes I have tried. Once you get that message you can do nothing . Still plays beack fine. Help???!!!! is there a trouble shooting guide or JVC Factory Service Center? OR GOD FORBID IS THIS THING JUST A THROW AWAY??
