Hello, I seem to have a problem. I am desperately trying to import video from my jvc camera to my computer but I lack the drivers. My model is the gr-sxm-37u, and I was wondering how to get a hold of the drivers or compatible drivers for a newer model. Thank You Mauricio

I have a JVC model # GR-D372U. I'm having a hard time putting my video on my laptop. I have media software but it is not recognizing that i have any videos on my compter when i have the USB cord attached. What am I doing wrong? I have the camera fully powered. I even bought software for videos :( I'd appreciate any help thanks! ~Sunnessa

I keep getting the "condensation" message on my screen. Is there a way to hard reset the camera to get this to go away?

i have a jvc GR-SXM330 compact vhs camcorder. the unit has had minimal use the last view years, because of a weak battery. i finally bought a new "rayovac" NIMH RAYM55/15XL 6v 2100MAH battery. when the new battery was attached and the camcorder was turned on the screen shows "EO4" then "unit in safeguard mode" then "remove and reattach battery". Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you, john white

We are having the same problem with a tv we puchased it is the JVC Model number AV48WP34 we have a green line the comes across the top of the tv. the read and blue are aligned when we do the convergence and the green line does not go away. We have only owned the tv for a 1year and a half. What a piece of junk what are you planning to do about this there are several people I see that are have problems like myself what does your company plan to do about this????? My JVC DVD VCR combo unit Model number DR-MV1S is constantly flashing loading when the power cord is plugged in. The unit will not let me do anything to it, it will play a vcr but not a dvd. It is approximatley 2 years old is there anything that can be done to rectify this problem?
