Hi,
I saw your postings about the C:21:00 code. I have the same problem did you find some fix for it? I do not have any moisture.The camera will not load the tape.
Have any suggestions?

  I have the same problem with the C:21:00 code. There is no condenstation. Did anyone reply to your e-mail regarding this problem? I'm interested to know the answer if I might.
