Re: Error Codes Assistance

I have a Sony TR7000 that had the moisture code come on all of a sudden when I was loading a tape. There was no moisture and it has been open in dry air for about 5 hours now and it still is showing C:21:00. Any suggestions? Thanks, Craig

    Hi, I saw your postings about the C:21:00 code. I have the same problem did you find some fix for it? I do not have any moisture.The camera will not load the tape. Have any suggestions? THX

      I have the same problem with the C:21:00 code. There is no condenstation. Did anyone reply to your e-mail regarding this problem? I'm interested to know the answer if I might.
