Home | Previous messageI have a Sony Camcorder DCR-TRV10 which shows a flashing C:31:23 error code after removing an eaten tape. Your slapping method yeilded a change to a C:31:40 error code ("slapped unit??") and now back to C:31:23. Any help would be greatly appreciated since I already had the unit fixed at Sony last year for the same problem for just under $300. Thank you.
