To be honest..you are asking an impossible question. No one will be able to tell you exactly what to do on a no power issue without the product in front of them and knowledge to troubleshoot such matters. You need to take the camcorder to someone familiar with that model and have access to the service manual or your only other option may be to see if a service manual is still available to purchase yourself if you want to attempt repair or troubleshoot. Odds are you are not going to find your answer on a internet thread. IF the camcorder is more than 6-7 years old...service manuals may be hard to find.
