I have a JVC GR-DVL120U is in EO4 safe mode. It keeps saying eject and reinsert tape. I droped the camera about one foot to a counter top now it wont work. Any ideas? Thanks

I have a mini DV GR-D31U JVC camcorder It will not work at all anymore, it just says PLEASE WAIT CONDENSATION. It was not in the cold or the extreme hot. We do not use it much and it is stored in our house. We did use it for Christmas and we went to view this and are unable due to Condensation - Please wait. We were able to finally eject the tape to save it, but now cannot get the tape holder to go back in either. Please help!!!!!!!

Hi, I have a JVC GR-D30 camcorder. It won't take the power from fully charged battery. When I plug to AC power directly it works fine. While the Battery is connected and I remove the AC plug the red light comes on for a second indicating the switch to battery power from AC, but when I turn the "ON" button to "A" or "M" mode and open the screen it comes on for 2 seconds and gets power off. I thought I was the battery and bought a new battery but still the same. Please help. Thank you, Subi.

I called authorized repair shop for jvc in norcal, they wanted more than what a new camcorder would cost. I have logs of batteries for this, and would like to fix if possible. They said it was the ccd chip gone bad. Not sure i believe them. Please assist. :)
