We bought our jvc digital video camera today used and we dont have the book with it and we dont have the disk so we can download it to our computer how do we go about getting them.. Please email me back and let me know if you can help us..... Model # GR-D3OU Thank You!!!!

  the manual can be downloaded for free at JVC.com. I am attaching the link below for your convenience. The disc can be found on the same site JVC.com "Accessory Store". Just utilize your model # on that page and the list of accessories will come up. Chose what you need and put it in your shopping cart.
