Sir, I have a JVC handycam with still camera facility which i have purchased from singapore 3 years back and i hardly get time to use it. Last week i tried to operate the same she was asking for headcleaner, so i have used the cleaner cassette after it was alright but after one week when i tried to operate the same it was showing on the screen "condensation problem" thereafter the system could not play due to these problem.
