Hi We have the dvd player xv-n330 and it has been working great for over a year until yesterday. Whenever you put a disc in it just stays on the JVC screen as now loading but nothing happens. You can hear it trying to read but nothing. Could it be something simple as needing to be cleaned. I f so what do I use? Thank You

I have a JVC Digital Camcorder model # GR-D244U and everytime i wanna playback a recording it will not let me. i can plug it into my tv and have it play back that way but i cant always do that and i was wondering how to fix it

Hi I have purchased JVC GR-D50AS one year ago. After a gap of around 2 month I was trying to record some event but to my surprise a message blew up "LENS CAP" for about 10-15 seconds and after that nothing was appearing on Display Panel. I tried with view finder as well but it was the same case. Camcorder records voice but no picture. I tried all options provided in menu in maual mode but in vain. Now everytime I turned on my Camcorder it gives the same message "LENS CAP" and nothing is comming on screen. Whats the problem? I've got a GR D270 Mini DVC and I'm getting this msg that says, UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE REMOVE AND REATTACH BATTERY 01. I've done this a thousand times with no success. I went to try to remove the tape - nothing doing. I'm scratching my head here and don't know what my next move is. Do you have a solution for this problem?

Hi, I purchase JVC HDD Model Gz-MG20 one year ago. the problem is that i was copying recoded video to my laptop, in that process camcorder got heat up and then turned off automatically. and its not turning back on.I have pressed reset button as well but nothing happened, Could you please suggest me what is the problem? is there any big problem with the camcorder? I just replaced the IC's on my JVC 56WP74 and it did fix the sagging green but now I have to make adjustments to the convergence most everytime I turn it on.The first day after replacing the IC's I had to adjust the convergence and it looked great.But now for the past 2 days everytime I turn it off I have to make fine adjustments to it.It does not move much but it does move is there something I can do help this.I though maybe it just had to burn in and using it would fix this.Is adjusting this daily a bad thing?The Super Focus never did really work well so I have always just done it manually.Also what is the best way to focus the color cannons?

Hi, My JVC camera model # GR-D90U is not working. I have only used it for 30 minutes in the couple of years I've had it. The screen is black and you can't see anything on it and everything else seems to be working. Any suggestions??? Thank You Christina Wallingford
