I have encountered difficulties in troubleshooting in the power supply section of jvc tv model av-k21px. when power starts the initial voltage is 110v after 1 seconds raised to 146v then after 10 second it will back to 110v and the unit is on standby mode during that time the timer led is keep on flashing. i replaced the str f6654 ic but still the same result the unit is still on standby mode. can you help me what will i do or what parts should i replace. jun genovea philippines
