Hello.......I am a ex-Houstonian.....miss it sometimes!!
Well heres my problem....I have an hp Photosmart 735 and it was working fine and then I went to show my husband the pics I took last night and it froze...with the lens stuck out and it will not do anything but power on and all icons on the top screen (not the LCD) come on and stay there then it powers off...I have tried taking out the batteries, sd card, new batteries and even spoke with Hp and they said it sounds like an internal problem (duh)they said I can buy a refurbised one for $114 of the same camera (I don't even think so) well I am hoping that you know something they don't...I have only had this camera 1 1/2 years. Thank you in advance for any possible help you may give me!!

  I have the exact same problem with my HP 735 camera....and it has about 1 1/2 years on it as well. Too bad no one makes QUALITY cameras that last anymore! My previous camera was a Fuji. I had an extended warranty, so Staples gave me this camera has a replacement, which ended up being a disaster as well!
