hi, i was wondering if you got your camera working again after you had the E02 safe mode problem. mine is doing the same thing and it says to remove the battery and when i do it doesn't fix the problem. if you know how can you please email me and let me know what you did. thank you so much for your time.

  Hello, I am having the same problem with the e02 error and do have a tape stuck in the camcorder. Did you find out how to remove the tape? I think that this will solve the problem. Please let me know.

    si tu peut traduire ce message tu y trouvera peut etre quelque chose . en dessous du paneau de l'écran tu a un carré gris avec une vis. tu la enlève et tu verra l'armature de metal . sur l'armature de métal il y a un petit trou rectangulaire .de quelque millimetre,c la ou le systeme de verouillage est prend quelque chose de pointu et tasse la petite languette de metal . le boitié devrais sortir et ta cassete va etre fini.
