  I have a sony video camera DCR-TRV145E an error code is flashing in the screen
  when i put a tape to record, with out a tape everything works fine??????????

    Hi I have the same C:31:23 on my TRV145E camera, and I don't know what do do. Did you get any technical assistance? Do you have a solution?
