I need a controller for my DR-MV1S DVD VIDEO RECORDER AND VIDEO CASSETTE RECORDER. I am connected to a cable box and the book says I need a controller, also while I can play vcr's and dvd's I cannot record anything. I hit the record button and nothing happens.....
