Are the cables to hook the camera up to the computer provided in the original packaging?

I have problem in JVC camcorder JVC GR-DX75AH. I am having trouble getting a picture on my camcorder. When I turn it on I only see black through the lens and/or through the screen. It looks like the cap is still on the lens. Constantly gives the lens cap warning in automatic and manual modes, even if I have removed the lens cap. Will only record sound. LCD is black with only the warning message. Kindly suggest some solution to this problem Thanks in advance, Padma from NJ

I have a JVC camcorder model GRO72US. Works great. Problem; when using Mac one step dvd the resulting dvd has no audio. I used a Sony camcorder and one step dvd and the dvd was perfect including sound. Suggestions?

Hi, We seem to be having a problem the same as many with our camcorder (JVC GR D33AG)that being the lens cap on the screen, even though it isnt on. Also the screen is blank. Is this fixable? please help! Roz

My JVC camcoder model is GRD22U Serial no 069F0101. The error message again is E03 UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE EJECT AND RE-INSERT TAPE. Has failed to record nor play after re-inserting the tape. Thanks Egbuna

Model: jvc gr -d33ag mini-dv camcodder problem: most of the times the picture spreads off hopryzontaly and is not clear some times it goes blank and when battery is removed and replaced picture restores to ok.

Hello Stacey, I have a AV-36D501 and i have to tap the tv sometimes and also i now have reversal of projection at the top with lines about 4 inch down from top to bottom all the way over to the sides.. and like i said everything is reversed in these lines. I thought vertical deflect but would like your opinon
